Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tekla Detailer role located in Mumbai. The Tekla Detailer will be responsible for creating detailed Tekla models, generating shop and erection drawings, interpreting engineering sketches, and ensuring accurate steel detailing for a variety of PEB projects. Key tasks include collaboration with design teams, quality control, error checking, and adhering to project timelines while maintaining precision and compliance with structural requirements. The Tekla Detailer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality outputs for complex and large-scale steel structure projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, for Pre-Engineered Building detailing and modeling
- Experience in creating shop and erection drawings, as well as in generating reports
- Familiarity with steel structure standards, connections, and building codes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design interpretation and output validation
- Ability to collaborate with design engineers and project managers, and a team-oriented approach
- Capable of managing deadlines and maintaining high efficiency in a dynamic environment
- Relevant experience in detailing structures such as PEB, Bridges, trusses, metal buildings, and towers
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in steel detailing is highly desirable
