💡𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞

📌𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• 3𝐃 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of structural steel components (PEB, industrial sheds, or high-rise structures) using Tekla.
• 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Produce comprehensive shop drawings, assembly drawings, part drawings, and erection layouts from the 3D model.
• 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Design and detail complex connections, including base plates, splices, and bracing, ensuring structural integrity and constructability.
• 𝐁𝐎𝐌 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Take-Offs (MTO), and Bolt Lists for procurement and production planning.
• 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Identify and resolve system clashes within the model to prevent onsite errors and rework.
• 𝐑𝐅𝐈 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Review structural design drawings and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve any missing or ambiguous design data.
• 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensure all detailing work adheres to relevant codes (e.g., IS 800, AISC, MBMA) and company-specific quality standards.
✨𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
• Minimum 3 years of hands – on experience in Tekla Structures.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD for 2D drafting and Layout adjustments.
• Knowledge of custom components and macro-creation in Tekla is a plus.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding symbols, and erection sequences.
