About the role

Partner and OEM Account Director Detroit Tekion is looking for a talented Partner and OEM Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key partners and OEMs. You will be the primary point of contact for these strategic accounts, and will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with strategic partners and OEMs - Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for partner and OEM needs - Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing partners and OEMs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives - Provide regular updates and performance reporting to senior leadership Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a similar partner/account management role, ideally within the automotive or technology industry - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and OEMs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across the organization - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically - Familiarity with automotive industry trends and technologies - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
