Donor Community Associate for The Audacious Project

The Audacious Project at TED is seeking a Donor Community Associate to support the growing community of donors and partners participating in The Audacious Project. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the donor experience, stewarding relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our donors. This includes coordinating event logistics, managing donor communications, processing donations, and ensuring our donors feel engaged and appreciated. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the donor experience, including responding to donor inquiries, processing donations, and providing excellent customer service - Coordinate logistics for The Audacious Project donor events and meetings - Collaborate with the Audacious team to develop and implement donor stewardship strategies - Maintain donor records and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Support the donor relations and cultivation work of the Audacious team - Provide administrative support as needed for the Audacious Project Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing or donor relations role, preferably in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse set of stakeholders - Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail - Proficient in data management and CRM software (experience with Salesforce a plus) - Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally - Passion for the mission and work of The Audacious Project
