Your Mission: Achieving Organic Traffic Leadership
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior SEO Specialist to join our team remotely from India. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, your primary mission will be to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, with a focus on technical SEO, to drive significant increases in organic traffic and search visibility, while proactively optimizing our presence for Generative AI Overviews and LLMs.
Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Technical SEO & Implementation Leadership: Lead in-depth technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, speed optimization, Core web vitals, structured data). Act as the primary technical interface for IT, creating clear, actionable specifications and guiding implementation.
• Generative AI Optimization (SGE/LLM): Proactively research and implement strategies to achieve maximum visibility and favorable positioning within Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE), AI Overviews, and emerging LLM-driven search interfaces.
• On-Page Optimization: Manage and execute content optimization, including advanced keyword research, content mapping, meta-tag optimization, internal linking strategies, and content gap analysis, ensuring adherence to E-E-A-T standards.
• Off-Page & Digital PR: Plan and execute ethical, effective link building and digital PR strategies to substantially increase Domain Authority and organic visibility.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize advanced SEO tools to continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key organic performance metrics, detailing past success and providing data-driven forecasting.
Skills
Experience (Mandatory): 3+ years of hands-on, proven experience managing and successfully growing organic traffic for complex, high-stakes websites. A verifiable track record of significant SEO performance improvements is required.
Worked on JavaScript-based websites (Next.js strongly preferred);
Technical Skills: Deep technical SEO expertise at a developer-level is required. This includes implementing code-level solutions to achieve optimal LCP, INP, and CLS scores (Core Web Vitals), crawl budget optimization, and advanced utilization of robots.txt and sitemap.xml (Crawl Management); designing/reviewing complex JSON-LD Schema implementations, large-scale canonicalization, and optimal internal linking architecture (Data & Structure); and proven expertise managing complex international organic visibility, including multi-regional SEO and advanced hreflang deployments.
Implementation Guidance: Proven ability to translate complex technical SEO issues into concrete, prioritized development tasks for IT teams.
AIO: Demonstrated interest or experience in optimizing for emerging search trends, including Generative AI, LLMs, and rich snippets/schema.
Market Knowledge: An understanding of the private aviation or luxury service industry (trends, competitors, target audiences) is a significant advantage.
Work Style & Communication: Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and proactively with fluent and excellent command of the English language.
