Head of IT / IT Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Head to lead and manage our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can align IT systems and strategies with the business goals, ensuring high performance, security, and efficiency across all technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, security, and support teams. Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure. Lead the planning and execution of technology projects and upgrades. Manage IT budgets and optimize costs related to systems and services. Ensure data privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions. Evaluate and implement new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Mentor and guide the IT team, fostering professional development and high performance. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 8–10 years) in IT leadership roles. Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security, and software applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) Knowledge of ERP systems and database management. Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards.
