IBM TRIRIGA Developer - Release Management

Join our growing team of enterprise tech professionals! We Techzert Software Pvt Ltd are looking for IBM Certified TRIRIGA Developers with strong expertise in Real Estate and Lease Accounting modules.

Position : IBM TRIRIGA : 5 12 : PAN India (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite Flexible as per Type : Contract / Full-Time (as per : Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support solutions using IBM TRIRIGA, especially in Real Estate & Lease Management domains.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in Lease Accounting under ASC 842 / FASB / IFRS 16 compliance.
• Handle income and expense lease administration, including AR/AP processing, invoice and JE batch processing.
• Utilize TRIRIGA development tools and builder tools (BO, Form, Workflow, Associations).
• Design and troubleshoot TRIRIGA Workflows and generate custom BIRT Reports.
• Support TRIRIGA integration tools such as Data Integrator (DI), IO, DCO, OSLC.
• Work on incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL best practices.
• Lead release management activities (break-fix, monthly releases, emergency deployments).
• Collaborate in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps tools.
• Java knowledge is a plus for workflow and backend customizations.
  
  

Required Skills

• IBM TRIRIGA Certified Developer.
• Deep understanding of Lease Accounting standards and Real Estate module.
• Strong hands-on experience with TRIRIGA BO, Forms, Workflows, BIRT, and Integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticket-based support models.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Agile/DevOps exposure is an added advantage.
