Junior Frontend Developer

Techwens Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Frontend Developer to join our growing development team in Montreal. You will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to implement and maintain frontend features, learn best practices, and grow your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. Implement responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Assist in debugging and troubleshooting frontend issues. Learn and implement best practices for frontend development, including performance optimization and accessibility. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing web applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning. Potentially work with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js - specify if preferred or used). Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Required Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with at least one JavaScript framework/library: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks is a plus. Basic knowledge of Git/version control systems. Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
