Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed and accurate information for Odoo ERP customization.
- One of the key responsibilities is preparing a Requirement Document that clearly outlines business needs, functional requirements, and process flows.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
- Ability to map business processes to Odoo workflows
Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) Outlining
- Project Scope
- Business Objectives
- Stakeholders Involved
Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) Including
- Use Cases
- User Roles & Permissions
- Module-wise functional flows
- Reporting & Dashboards
Odoo Configuration
- Work closely with senior consultants to configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of Odoo applications, including but not limited to Sales, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.
User Training
- Provide training sessions to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules.
- Create and maintain user documentation to facilitate the smooth adoption of Odoo within client organizations.
Testing And Troubleshooting
- Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Odoo solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation phase.
Client Support
Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.
Address client inquiries and provide ongoing assistance to ensure the successful use of Odoo ERP.
