About the role

At TechUp Labs, we're in search of a dynamic B2B SaaS Sales Executive who can drive strategic sales initiatives and secure new business opportunities for our innovative products and services. As a product-based IT company, we specialize in developing cutting-edge solutions across various domains such as health, education, sports, and beyond. As a B2B SaaS Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and closing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators. Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Negotiate and close deals, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies. Represent TechUp Labs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance our network. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders. Strong ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the technology startup environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms. Previous experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships.
