We are currently seeking a Accelerator Product Manager to manage the development and organization of our accelerators.


Position Overview:

We are seeking AVP of Commercial Excellence, a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales, CPQ & Billing solutions for our organization. This role requires deep expertise in Quote-to-cash architecture, pricing rules, contract renewals, and automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, IT, and Finance teams to create scalable and efficient quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce CPQ Architecture & Implementation

• Design scalable CPQ architectures tailored to business needs.

• Implement CPQ pricing strategies, discount schedules, and product bundles.

• Optimize multi-dimensional quoting (MDQ), renewals, and amendments.

Customization & Automation

• Develop custom price rules, advanced approvals, and workflow automations.

• Configure Guided Selling and Product Rules to streamline quoting.

• Implement Subscription & Contract Management using Revenue Cloud.

Integration & Data Management

• Ensure seamless integration between CPQ, Billing, ERP, and CRM systems.

• Maintain data integrity across Accounts, Quotes, and Opportunities.

• Work with APIs and ETL tools (MuleSoft, Workato) for data sync.

Optimization & Support

• Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and enhance system performance.

• Provide training & best practices to sales and operations teams.

• Monitor CPQ adoption and drive process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ & Billing (Revenue Cloud). Knowledge of RCA (Revenue Cloud Analytics) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules, and Subscription Management.
  • Experience in Guided Selling, Advanced Approvals, and Contract Renewals.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and automation.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Application Architect certification preferred.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, NetSuite) and billing integrations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in B2B SaaS and Subscription-based models.
