We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong background in strategy consulting and digital transformation, and a passion for AI-driven change. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for AI and data innovation, designing transformation roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of complex enterprise-scale AI assessments, implementations, and automation projects. The right candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, partnering closely with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.Key Responsibilities & Competencies

AI & Technology Strategy Consulting

• Identify business and technology gaps and opportunities for AI application and automation.
• Co-create AI-enabled solutions and transformation roadmaps with C-level executives.
• Lead AI readiness assessments, prioritize use cases, and oversee MVP and PoC delivery.

Core Functional Areas

• Projects focused on Commercial Excellence SalesForce, CPQ, Finance automation) and Data & AI (data pipelines, ML model integration, AI/ML ops, data visualization).
• Evaluate and guide implementation of AI tools, platforms, and accelerators aligned with client needs.

Change Leadership & Adoption

• Act as a trusted advisor and change agent for clients navigating AI transformations.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions through stakeholder alignment, training, and communication.

Adaptability & Decision-Making in Ambiguous Environments

• Confidently navigate unstructured environments where use cases and data quality may evolve.
• Make informed decisions quickly while balancing risks and priorities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead mixed teams of strategy consultants, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
• Coordinate delivery across geographies and time zones, maintaining velocity and quality.

Project Management Excellence

• Manage multiple AI/tech delivery workstreams concurrently using tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence.
• Apply Agile/Scrum/Hybrid methodologies to ensure timely, structured delivery of sprints and milestones.

Communication & Executive Presence

• Present roadmaps, findings, and progress updates to executive stakeholders and board members.
• Simplify complex AI and data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Use structured problem-solving approaches to overcome barriers to AI solution deployment.
• Collaborate daily with TechTorch and client teams to iterate, refine, and scale AI implementations.

Team & Capability Building

• Mentor team members, support internal capability development, and promote a learning culture in the AI space.

Experience & Background

• 10+ years in project/program management with experience delivering data and AI-related initiatives.
• Proven track record managing AI, data, automation, or digital transformation projects end to end.
• Consulting background from firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, or BCG is highly desirable.
• Experience overseeing DWH, ERP, CRM, or AI platform implementations is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools to support clear client communication.

Bonus Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

• Exposure to ML model lifecycle management, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML), or enterprise AI tools.
• Involvement in projects that transitioned from pilot to full-scale AI adoption.
• Experience assessing AI maturity within enterprise environments.
