Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for elite technical talent in AI/ML, Blockchain, DevOps, UI/UX, and other cutting-edge fields. • Identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques. • Assess, engage, and advocate for exceptional candidates for Full-Time, W2, and Contract-to-Hire positions. • Facilitate effective communication between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance. • Monitor industry trends and continuously refine strategies to attract top-tier talent in a dynamic market. Ideal Candidate Profile • Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT staffing, demonstrating excellence in full-cycle recruitment. • Comprehensive understanding of US hiring models (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorization requirements for US Citizens and Permanent Residents. • Proven track record in attracting and securing top-tier engineers, designers, and technical experts in fast-paced, innovative environments. • Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Self-motivated, data-driven professional committed to optimizing recruitment processes. • Experience with in-house and product hiring is highly desirable.
