About the role
Technopeak.ae is seeking a motivated and experienced Computer Engineer to join our expanding Onsite IT Support Team and provide technical solutions to clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user queries via tickets, emails, or phone.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and support.
Consult on IT hardware/software, assemblies, and connections.
Resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, basic Active Directory administration, user setup (accounts, mailboxes), and networks.
Provide first-level technical support.
Troubleshoot incidents, analyze problems, and test software.
Identify issues, guide users to resolution, or escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely updates to the ticketing system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers as the primary technical contact.
Collaborate daily with technical and sales teams.
Continuously expand knowledge of supported hardware and software.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Implement, upgrade, and configure products.
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in Dubai (essential).
Proficiency in installing, configuring, upgrading, and relocating PC hardware, software, and printing devices.
Strong PC hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
Basic administration knowledge of Exchange Server and mobile email technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and provide clear solutions.
Experience with Windows, Mac OS (advantageous), TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, DNS, DDNS, DMZ, mail software, and Microsoft Office 365 (advantageous).
Proactive understanding of customer needs and delivery of satisfactory solutions.
UAE Driving license (advantageous).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Must be currently located in the UAE.
