Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technology Transfer Manager located in Hosur. The role entails managing technology transfer activities, collaborating with Research and Development (R&D) teams, and ensuring the seamless scale-up of manufacturing processes while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key responsibilities include planning and execution of process validation, coordination with inter-departmental teams, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technology Transfer and ensuring the successful transition of processes from R&D to manufacturing.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) with a strong ability to analyze and optimize processes before production scale-up.
- Proficiency in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams to streamline transfers and executions.
- Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and their application in manufacturing processes.
- Additional qualifications such as a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is preferred.
