Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technology Transfer Manager located in Kanchipuram. The Technology Transfer Manager will oversee all aspects of technology transfer from Research and Development to manufacturing. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and leading efforts to optimize production processes. The role involves ensuring seamless project execution while addressing technical challenges and managing resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technology Transfer and bridging gaps between R&D and manufacturing
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and associated activities
- Strong skills in Project Management with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and adherence to regulatory standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, or a related field
- Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
