Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Beyond building websites, this role focuses on creating intelligent, automated digital systems. You will develop WordPress and Shopify websites and connect them with automation workflows and AI agents using tools like n8n.
You’ll work on building systems where websites don’t just exist — they capture leads, trigger workflows, communicate with users, and drive conversions automatically.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize WordPress websites (themes, plugins, custom functionalities)
• Build and optimize Shopify stores (theme customization, apps, checkout flows)
• Integrate APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, and marketing tools
• Design and implement automation workflows using n8n (webhooks, triggers, multi-step flows)
• Build and connect AI agents to websites, WhatsApp, and other platforms
• Automate lead capture → qualification → follow-up journeys
• Connect systems across platforms (website → CRM → WhatsApp → email → AI agent)
• Work with structured/unstructured data for automation and AI use cases
• Troubleshoot integrations, workflows, and performance issues
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and AI teams
Qualifications
• Strong experience with WordPress & Shopify development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Working knowledge of PHP and backend logic
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of n8n
• Understanding of automation logic (triggers, conditions, workflows)
• Basic understanding of AI agents / conversational systems
• Problem-solving mindset with a systems-thinking approach
Bonus
• Built automation workflows using n8n / Zapier / Make
• Experience working with AI agents (OpenAI APIs, chatbots, WhatsApp bots)
• Experience connecting AI with real business workflows (lead gen, support, CRM sync)
• Familiarity with prompt design, structured outputs, or agent workflows
• Experience with tools like Node.js or Python for automation logic
• Understanding of webhook-based architectures
