Role Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Technology recruitment lead with a hands on experience in sourcing, recruiting for software engineering and other technology stacks while managing a team of recruiters.
Your Mandate
- Own and drive end-to-end technology recruitment strategy and delivery.
- Build and scale high-quality talent pipelines
- Establish a robust, metrics-driven recruitment engine with strong governance and predictability
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent availability and hiring feasibility
- Lead complex, niche hiring across software engineering roles
- Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performance recruitment team
- Drive stakeholder alignment across geographies with focus on quality and transparency
Requirement
- 10+ years of deep technical recruitment experience ideally from consulting firms or recruitment agencies.
- Experience in managing a recruitment team as well as being hands-on.
- Proven success in hiring for technology experience and understanding of tech stack
- Experience in hiring for global banking clients.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
