As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of cloud platforms to support evolving project requirements, fostering collaboration across teams to maintain a robust and scalable infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to enhance environment deployment efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud platform objectives with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Strong knowledge of cloud environment setup and management.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
