Job Description – Technology Lead/Solution Architect (ERP-SaaS)
Company Description
Samarth eGov is an initiative under Project Samarth, sponsored by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and implemented by Delhi of University. The project aim to enable the Universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) through a digital framework for planning, management, delivery, and monitoring of services for students, staff, and other stakeholders through fully managed, cloud based, comprehensive ERP that is custom built for HEIs of the country. Job Mission
Ensure the technical integrity, performance, and scalability of Samarth’s multi-module Education ERP platform. Drive architectural standards, cross-module integrations, and end-to-end technical delivery excellence aligned with institutional and business priorities.
Technical Hands-on
PHP 8.2,Yii2, Aws Solution Architect Certification, Nginx, Apache, php-fpm, Mysql, Postgress, ClickHouse, Temporal, Redis, Linux Centos, Git, Gitlab, Scrum, Agile, Figma, Bootstrap, Jquery, React, Tailwind, CI/CD, cloud native technologies and use of AI in coding.
Duties
• Own technical delivery of assigned ERP modules
• Lead day-to-day development activities
• Review code for quality, security, and performance
• Translate business requirements into solution.
• Ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability
• Lead cross-functional technical teams across modules
• Manage ERP release/deployment pipelines and environments
• Drive performance, scalability, and SLA adherence
• Ensure security and compliance across modules
• Coordinate internal and external integrations

Experience and Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering with 4 years of experience in ERP or large-scale enterprise systems with minimum 1 year of Experience as Technology Lead. Proven experience leading technical teams, designing scalable architectures, and handling mission-critical systems, Ready to work in high velocity development and deployment ecosystem. AWS Solution Architect certification preferred.
