Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technology Lead, based in Chandigarh, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technology Lead will guide and oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project quality and timely delivery, troubleshooting technical challenges, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. The Technology Lead will also focus on optimizing processes, conducting research, and mentoring team members to foster innovation and skill development.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Information Technology, including expertise in software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including resource allocation, timelines, and team leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in hybrid work environments, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability.
- Experience with connected healthcare systems, cloud-based platforms, and DevOps practices is a strong advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced technical certifications are a plus.
