Role Description -
Provide leadership, management, and technical vision to the entire technology team.
Manage both the internal technology ecosystem and the market-facing product ecosystem. Head responsible for analysing, designing, developing, and supporting all application systems.
Strategize, conceptualise, and build a comprehensive workflow automation tool.
Strategic technology partnerships. Manage joint development with 3rd-party vendors and outsourced development.
Manage all development schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Budgeting and quality, Stakeholder management (internal/external)
Experience in building cognitive interventions.
Experience in working with large publishers.
Stakeholder management (internal/external)
Deliver agreed-upon milestones and phases.
Technical Skills - Java / .Net, Good to have AI and ML knowledge
Should be well-versed in Tamil
Qualifications -
Graduate (Engineer/Computer applications preferably)
Experience in the academic/trade publishing industry with exposure to the broader content ecosystem.
Knowledge of publishing workflows, related automation, and cognitive technology
Hands-on approach with experience in coding, project management and solutioning.
Excellent communication and ability to ideate and present solutions to diverse audiences.
Deliver -
Internal enterprise workflow (timeframe – 12 months).
Market-facing product suites with the Coko Foundation (6 months).
UCF – Workflow integration (12 months).
Complete UCF framework with cognitive integration (24 months).
Improve efficiencies by at least 10 – 20 – 30 percent over the next 3 years.
Velocity -Cycle time, Code coverage, Code churn. Deliver agreed-upon milestones and phases.
