Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement within the IT environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues related to Oracle Financials.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
