Role Description
Task Description: Tasks
- Analysis of complex IT scenarios and identification of optimization potential
- Support IT product owners to design technical solution approaches
- Independent creation of presentations, decision memos and meeting minutes
- Coordinative support of projects / Project Management Office
Work Result: Produce high‑quality technical insights, solution proposals, and documentation while ensuring consistent alignment with Product Owners and stakeholders, contributing to the effective coordination and advancement of designated IT projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technology Consultant based in Indore. The Technology Consultant will work closely with clients to identify and solve IT-related challenges, providing tailored recommendations and strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements, offering consulting services, delivering technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions effectively.
Qualifications (10+ years experience )
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Consulting and Consulting to understand and solve business challenges
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices
- Experience providing Technical Support and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle complex projects
