Role Overview
We are looking for high-potential, confident, and enthusiastic individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our team as Technology Business Associates.
This role is designed for candidates who are interested in building a career at the intersection of technology, business, and global client engagement.
Selected candidates will undergo structured training in:
- Technology consulting
- Software development concepts

- International client communication
- Business development and proposal preparation
This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and participate in meetings with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Participate in meetings with international clients
- Assist in preparing presentations and technical proposals
- Document meeting discussions and follow-up action items
- Support communication with clients and partners
Business Development Support
- Research potential clients, industries, and technology opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals and capability presentations
- Help identify potential business opportunities and partnerships
Technology Learning
Develop a strong understanding of modern technology platforms including:
- Cloud computing
- APIs and integrations
- AI and automation systems
- Enterprise platforms
- SaaS applications
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the engineering and leadership teams
- Help translate technical concepts into clear business communication
- Support internal documentation and knowledge sharing
