We are looking for a Technology Architecture Lead to drive end-to-end architecture for our omnichannel ecosystem, covering digital, store, backend, and data platforms. The role involves defining scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with business goals.
You will design integration patterns across POS, ERP (MS Dynamics 365), CRM, OMS, PIM, and CDP systems, ensuring seamless real-time data flow. Lead API strategy, governance, and event-driven architecture across platforms.
Own architecture standards, conduct solution reviews, and define non-functional requirements like scalability, uptime, and security. Work closely with InfoSec to ensure compliance and resilience, including disaster recovery and high availability.
Drive architecture for web and mobile platforms using open-source stacks, React.js, React Native, and Flutter, along with Adobe and ServiceNow ecosystems. Ensure strong adoption of SaaS and cloud-first approaches, with deep focus on Microsoft Azure.
Enable data and AI capabilities including Customer 360, analytics pipelines, and ML use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.
Hands-on experience with: MS Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), open-source web technology stacks, React.js, React Native, Flutter, Adobe Experience/Commerce stack, ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms), and SaaS-based enterprise applications and integrations.
Experience: 8–12 years in architecture, strong in microservices, cloud (Azure), integrations, and enterprise systems.
