About the Role
We are looking for a Technology Application Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the implementation, deployment, training, and adoption of Aignosis' technology solutions across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and deploy Aignosis technology solutions at hospitals and client locations.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors, technicians, and hospital staff.
* Provide application-level technical support and troubleshoot issues.
* Coordinate with Product, Technology, Clinical, and Customer Success teams.
* Understand client requirements and ensure smooth product adoption.
* Collect user feedback and assist in product improvement.
* Maintain implementation, training, and support documentation.
* Travel to hospitals and client locations as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology**, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in application support, technical support, healthcare technology, medical devices, or software implementation.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to train and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
* Willingness to travel to hospitals/client locations.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, PACS/RIS/HIS, Diagnostic Centres, or AI-based Healthcare Solutions will be an advantage.
* Experience in product implementation, application training, or customer support is preferred.
