About the role

We're currently seeking a Performance & Rewards Specialist to play a key role in enhancing our company's performance management and rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to drive initiatives that recognize, motivate, and reward employee contributions. With exceptional organizational and analytical skills, this person will bring a blend of creativity and precision to performance programs and reward initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and ensure meaningful employee engagement. What does this role hold for you…?? Support the organization-wide Performance Management process, including goal setting, quarterly performance check-ins and reviews, mid-year performance, and annual performance reviews. Collaborate with Leadership Team members and various functional heads to assist in setting goals for the financial year. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the re-engineering of existing processes aimed at enhancing people productivity. Contribute to organization-wide performance management initiatives and support related activities. Work alongside business and functional teams to support ongoing Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives. Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing impactful R&R initiatives to foster a high-performance and high-engagement culture. Be flexible and proactive, taking on additional responsibilities to contribute towards building a great workplace environment. Apply if you have…?? Conceptual clarity of HR concepts equipped with an MBA in Human Resources with 1-2 years of experience. An ability to connect dots and propose out-of-the-box HR solutions. An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive. things to closure. Strong analytical skills with prior experience of working on HR reports and analytics. Strong command of language, written as well as spoken. Strong interpersonal skills and high on energy. Worked in a fast-paced culture. Preferred skills and Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources. Experience in developing and implementing performance management and rewards initiatives. Strong understanding of performance management principles, employee recognition, and engagement strategies. Passion for fostering a high-performance culture and motivating employees through effective rewards programs. Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to leverage insights for impactful decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees across all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
