Job Description: Techno-Functional Project Lead (Delivery, BA & QA Coordination)
Location: Noida (Hybrid Work Setup)
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹12–16 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Techno-Functional Project Lead to drive end-to-end project execution, business analysis, client coordination, and QA/UAT management for enterprise and technology-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of software delivery processes, requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and quality assurance coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role requires cross-functional ownership and close collaboration with development, product, QA, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage project execution from requirement gathering to deployment
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings
- Ensure adherence to project quality and delivery standards
Business Analysis & Client Coordination
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documents
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Conduct client discussions, requirement clarification, and status updates
- Support solution planning and feature prioritization
QA / UAT Coordination
- Coordinate functional testing and UAT activities with internal teams and clients
- Review test cases, validation scenarios, and defect tracking
- Ensure issues are properly tracked and resolved before release
- Participate in release planning and deployment coordination
Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Drive process improvements and ensure smooth project communication
- Support preparation of presentations, demos, and status reports
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management / Business Analysis / Delivery Coordination
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing web, SaaS, enterprise, or AI-based applications
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI/ML, enterprise automation, or cloud-based platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Experience handling UAT and client-facing delivery processes
- Prior startup experience will be an added advantage
