Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Techno Functional Expert at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes to identify improvements, conducting functional and integration testing of systems, and bridging communication between technical and business teams to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of technology and workflows. The role demands the ability to innovate while maintaining alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge in business processes, including identifying improvements and implementing business solutions
- Proficiency in performing functional testing and ensuring robust system performance
- Understanding of system integration and its application in seamless operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
