Job Summary: We are looking for a Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Yardi
Voyager 7S. The role requires a strong combination of functional expertise in real estate/property management
and technical capabilities in SQL, reporting, and backend support. The candidate will be responsible for
implementing, customizing, supporting, and optimizing Yardi ERP solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and resolve system issues
- Manage and support lease flows, AR/AP, banking, workflows, PDC, and utility billing
- Work extensively on the Residential Module
- Develop, customize, and maintain YSR, Crystal, and SQL reports
- Perform data migration, ETL uploads, and backend financial/non-financial data fixes
- Troubleshoot system issues using SQL (triggers, stored procedures, custom tables)
- Support procurement, facility management, budgeting, forecasting, corporate accounts, and
- construction modules
- Coordinate and escalate technical issues with Yardi support when required
- Provide ongoing system maintenance and user support
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Yardi Voyager 7S
- Functional expertise in Real Estate ERP modules (Lease Management, AR/AP, Procurement, etc.)
- Advanced SQL knowledge (Triggers, Stored Procedures, Data Fixes)
- Experience in YSR, Crystal Reports, and custom reporting
- Hands-on experience in data migration and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of real estate accounting and rental property management
- Good communication and client interaction skills
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Yardi Techno-Functional Consultant
- Experience in Residential module is mandatory
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to join immediately
- Comfortable working remotely with flexibility for future travel if required
