Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant (2–5 Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and client interaction, along with a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects (functional and technical support)
- Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.
- Work closely with developers to design and deliver custom solutions
- Prepare functional specifications, BRDs, and user documentation
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and user training sessions
- Perform data migration, testing (UAT), and deployment support
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience working with Odoo (implementation/customization)
- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Odoo Studio and custom module development is a plus
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both functional consulting and technical development
- Exposure to Odoo versions (v13–v17 or latest)
- Prior experience handling multiple projects or clients
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
