Role Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Functional FP&A professional with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, along with hands-on experience in Power BI, data modeling, and automation. The role bridges finance and technology to drive data-driven decision-making.
FP&A (Functional)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Partner with business teams for financial insights and cost optimization
- Support scenario planning and financial modeling
Tech / Analytics (Power BI Focus)
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs
- Automate financial reports using Power BI, Excel (Power Query), and SQL
- Integrate data from ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in finance
- Collaborate with IT teams for data warehouse / BI enhancements
Functional Skills

Technical Skills
- Power BI (Must Have)
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot, Macros preferred)
- SQL (Good to have)

Preferred Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA
- Experience in shared services / corporate finance / consulting setups
- Exposure to data analytics / BI tools
