Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial professional with a Civil Engineering background who has worked with EPC Construction Companies or PMC organizations and has strong experience in subcontracting, techno-commercial negotiations, project coordination, and contractor billing.
This role requires close coordination with site teams, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
.Preparation and floating of RFQ / RFP for subcontractors and vendors
• Evaluation of quotations and preparation of comparative statements
• Conduct techno-commercial negotiations with subcontractors and vendors
• Finalization and appointment of subcontractors and vendors
• Coordination with site teams, consultants, and planning departments
• Monitoring project cost vs budget and subcontractor performance
• Verification of contractor bills / RA bills and project billing
• Preparation and review of Project MIS reports (DPR / WPR / cost reports)
• Support in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project coordination
