About The Role
The Manager - Techno Commercial will play a critical role in driving cost, cash flow, and commercial governance for a Residential High-Rise construction project, ensuring financial discipline, regulatory coordination, and smooth site operations.
Roles and responsbilities-
- Lead and coordinate techno-commercial resource management at project sites.
- Liaise with local authorities including Municipal Corporations, Fire Department, PCB, and other government bodies.
- Manage inventory control, material reconciliation, and wastage optimization.
- Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and cash flows.
- Drive commercial discipline across procurement, billing, and site expenditures.
- Coordinate site review meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Oversee labour-related commercial matters and site-level compliance.
- Handle insurance-related documentation and coordination for the project.
Requirements / Eligibility
- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / related discipline.
- 10-12 years of techno-commercial experience in residential high-rise construction projects.
- Strong exposure to site-based commercial operations, budgeting, cash flow, and inventory control.
- Experience dealing with statutory authorities and regulatory approvals.
- Good understanding of contracts, billing, insurance, and labour-related commercial aspects.
- Ability to operate in a site-posted, execution-focused environment.
