Job Summary:
We are hiring a Techno-Commercial Executive for Tempus Central, our HR Workforce Management System. The role will primarily focus on client onboarding, product consultation, and support, with gradual involvement in sales activities based on performance and product understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client onboarding and implementation support
- Conduct product demos, training, and walkthroughs
- Understand client requirements and assist in solution mapping
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve client queries
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Act as SPOC for clients during onboarding phase
- Assist sales team with product inputs and client discussions
- Gradually take ownership of sales interactions based on performance
- Build strong relationships with HR stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Management or related field
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes (attendance, payroll, leave)
- Techno-functional aptitude for software products
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Experience Level: Minimum 1+ years of experience in software support / onboarding / techno commercial roles
- Experience in HRMS / ERP / SaaS products is a plus
