Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Techno-Commercial professional to join our growing team in the cosmetics & personal care industry.
Position: Techno-Commercial Asst. Manager / Manager
Industry: Cosmetics | Personal Care | Beauty & Wellness
Key Responsibilities
- Manage techno-commercial activities for cosmetic and personal care products.
- Handle customer inquiries, requirements and coordinate with R&D.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in beauty & wellness segments.
- Support new business development and market expansion.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and business development activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations.
- Commercial understanding of raw materials and product positioning.
- Client handling and relationship management expertise.
- 2–6 years of experience in the cosmetics/personal care industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage
