Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Techno-Commercial professional to join our growing team in the cosmetics & personal care industry.
Position: Techno-Commercial Asst. Manager / Manager
Industry: Cosmetics | Personal Care | Beauty & Wellness
Key Responsibilities
- Handle techno-commercial coordination with clients for cosmetic and personal care products
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with R&D & production.
- Manage sample development, approvals, and order execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support new business development and market expansion
- Ensure timely communication regarding pricing, delivery, and product specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Required Skills
- Knowledge of cosmetic formulations and product development
- Experience in costing, quotations, and commercial operations
- Good coordination and client-handling abilities
- 2–6 years in cosmetics/personal care industry
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage
