Mission:

The O&M Engineering Engineer will support O&M Engineer Leader to develop mainly maintenance engineering scope.

In O&M Engineering team, the main missions will be to :

  • Support Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC project by developing the O&M Engineering scope
  • Guarantee from the project phase that the installations will be easily operable and exploitable in complete safety with good profitability
  • Provide the best execution plan for initial operation activities to our clients
  • Participate to the development of O&M methods


Pre-Requisites:

  • Ideally have previous experience on Onshore Oil & Gas Industry as planning maintenance engineer for managing maintenance site visit.
  • Must have a recognized Technical qualification for the Position.
  • Have a good command of spoken and written English
  • Engineering degree with strong experience in the fields of maintenance.
  • Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Knowledge in maintenance optimization solutions as Reliability Centered Maintenance with FMECA development, Condition Based Maintenance Tools and Prescriptive Maintenance
  • Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control required for the petroleum industry
  • A high level of self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within a multi-discipline integrated project team


Duties and Responsibilities: (Not limited to);

  • Guarantee that the Operations activities will take place under the conditions of Hygiene, health, safety, security and environment, quality, planning, costs
  • Participate in the implementation of the standards of the discipline then manage the system of improvement of the said discipline
  • Provide support for proposals

      • Maintenance Procedures per FFU
      • Oil Sampling and Analysis Plan
      • Vibration Monitoring Plan
      • Thermography Monitoring Plan
      • Lubrication Plan
    • INSPECTION STUDY
      • Inspection Strategy
      • RBI Execution Plan
    • ASSET INTEGRITY STUDY
    • GLOBAL MAINTENANCE and INSPECTION STUDY
    • LIFTING STUDY
    • SPARE PARTS
      • Spare Part Strategy
      • SPIR Quality Review Report
    • CMMS
    • TRAINING
    • O&M MANUALS
  • Support operations during the initial phase of facility operation
  • Participate in the development of digital tools
  • Assist to Operability and Maintainability studies
  • Coordinate Maintenance Engineering activities
  • Supervise Inspection Engineering activities

Required competencies:

Qualification:

Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Eng. degree, or Higher National Certificate in Engineering or trade background (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) or extensive operations experience.

Experience:

  • Five years’ combined experience in Oil and Gas Operations, commissioning and projects, including:
  • Technical knowledge of maintenance management for gas treatment and processing, LNG production activities and utilities operations.
  • Engineering degree with experience in the fields of operation & maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting process problems and upsets.
  • Your strong recognized business expertise.
  • English proficiency
  • Practical experience in maintenance of a facility plant and has the management and leadership skills to control the work activities and daily maintenance of the facilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control required for the petroleum industry
  • A high level of self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within a multi-discipline integrated project team


People & Management

  • Support to ensure Project Schedule Milestones are achieved.


Communications

  • Ensure Operations Management are advised of all project issues impacting on operations.
  • Operations focal point for field interface for communications between commissioning group personnel.
  • Provide weekly reports detailed daily reports during shipyard and offshore phases.


Working conditions:

  • Position localized in T.EN offices in Paris-Nanterre with possible missions at site


Working relationship:

  • Reporting to O&M Engineering Leader
  • Interface with project, commissioning and client teams
