Set up and adjust forging machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Operate forging equipment to shape and form metal or plastic materials to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for conformity to specifications and identify any defects.
- Perform routine maintenance on forging machinery, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Document production processes and report on machine performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
