Job details:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical with 3 or 5 years in heavy equipmentmechanical maintenance.
Experience In MHC/RTG Mechanical Systemspreferred/required.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, and crane mechanisms.
Mechanical Maintenance
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of MHC/RTG mechanical systems.
- Repair and overhaul engines, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, brakingsystems, and gear assemblies.
- Inspect mechanical components and carry out lubrication, greasing,alignment, and tightening jobs.
Hydraulic Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose faults in hydraulic circuits, hoses, valves, servo systems, and cooling systems.
- Repair structural components, wire ropes, sheaves, and booms undersupervision.
Equipment Support
- Assist in crane overhauls, load tests, and performance inspections.
- Support calibration, alignment, and major mechanical assemblywork.
Safety Documentation
- Follow mechanical and port safety standards.
- Maintain maintenance records, job sheets, and spare usage details.
