Role Description The Technician role at THREE STAR VISION BUILDING CONSTRUCTION is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Technician will assist with daily construction and maintenance activities, including installing, repairing, and servicing building systems and equipment under the guidance of project supervisors. Responsibilities may include operating tools and machinery, performing routine inspections, documenting work performed, and supporting quality and safety checks. The role involves collaborating with other site staff to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and in compliance with technical instructions and safety regulations. The Technician is expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and report any issues or hazards promptly.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in basic construction, building maintenance, and use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a site-based team.
- Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in construction or building services.
