Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Technician will be responsible for conducting diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of BYD electric vehicles. Daily tasks include assessing vehicle conditions, performing routine inspections, repairing mechanical and electrical components, and ensuring optimal vehicle performance. The Technician will also assist with documentation, communicate effectively with customers, and adhere to company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- Ability to conduct detailed routine inspections and provide preventative maintenance recommendations
- Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and reporting
- Experience working in an automotive workshop or service environment
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices used in vehicle repair
- Relevant technical education or certifications in automotive technology are preferred
- A commitment to safety, quality control, and continuous learning in the evolving field of electric vehicles
