Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in West Bengal, India. The Technician will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance services, operating and maintaining equipment, following established safety and operational protocols, and inspecting facilities to ensure quality standards are met. The role requires efficient time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility cleaning, surface cleaning, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, including the use of eco-friendly cleaning solutions
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Prior experience in a professional cleaning or facility management role is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
