Job details:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Repair and replace faulty parts/components
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical support
- Testing and calibration of equipment
- Maintain service reports and update records
- Visit customer sites when required
- Ensure proper functioning and quality standards of products
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits
- Knowledge of tools and testing instruments
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in electronics, electrical, or weighing scale industry preferred
- Field service experience will be an added advantage
- Two-wheeler & driving license preferred
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Course
