💻 Role Description
As a Technical Writer Trainee at Debyez Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will join our Technical Publications team and support the development of structured technical documentation for complex engineering systems. You will work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to create clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation used in maritime, aerospace, and defense environments.
This role is ideal for candidates starting their careers who are interested in technical communication, engineering documentation, and structured content authoring. You will gain hands-on experience in industry documentation standards and modern technical publishing workflows.
💪 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in creating and updating structured technical documentation.
• Work with engineers and SMEs to understand technical systems and translate them into clear documentation.
• Support documentation review cycles and ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain revision tracking, document organization, and version control.
• Help improve documentation templates and workflows.
• Assist in preparing content for technical publications and digital documentation systems.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• Any Degree
• 0–1 year of experience in technical writing or documentation (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Logical thinking and ability to understand technical concepts and engineering systems.
• Interest in structured documentation and technical communication.
⭐ Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
• Familiarity with XML or structured markup languages.
• Exposure to S1000D or similar technical documentation standards.
• Experience reading engineering drawings or technical diagrams.
• Basic understanding of structured documentation concepts.
• Familiarity with documentation or XML authoring tools.
