Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation for our cybersecurity and deception technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience writing technical documents and be able to understand technical concepts with guidance from the engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain technical documents such as solution documents, user guides, deployment guides, installation manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Create documentation for RFPs, proposals, and product features.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to gather technical information.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
- Review and update existing documentation as products and features evolve.
- Maintain documentation standards, formatting, and version control.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in technical writing.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong documentation and proofreading skills.
- Good understanding of software, networking, or cybersecurity concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or enterprise software documentation will be an added advantage.
- - Exposure to RFP documentation or product documentation is preferred.
