Whizz HR is hiring for Technical Content Writer in Mumbai (Remote) :
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to gather accurate information
- Develop content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website pages
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and technologies
- Optimize content for SEO and readability
- Review and update existing content based on product changes or feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software development, APIs, SaaS products)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
