We're hiring a Knowledge Base & Video Content Specialist at EdisonOS!
EdisonOS is a digital learning platform used by tutors and test-prep companies to build and scale their online programs. As we grow, we need someone who can make our product easy to learn โ through great help articles and great videos.
If you love explaining things clearly, enjoy being on camera (or at least behind a screen recording), and want full ownership of a high-impact content function, this role is for you.

- Own and maintain our knowledge base and internal wiki โ keep it organized, accurate, and up to date
- Write clear, step-by-step help articles with screenshots for customers
- Record product tutorials and feature walkthroughs in Loom
- Create sales videos โ product demos and explainers our sales team uses with prospects
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to document every new feature as it ships
- Audit and refresh existing content so nothing goes stale

- 1โ3 years in technical writing, content creation, or customer education (SaaS a plus)
- Excellent written English โ you can turn a complex feature into simple steps
- Confident recording screen walkthroughs with voiceover
- Familiar with tools like Loom, Notion, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar (or quick to learn)
- Basic video editing skills (trimming, captions, annotations)
- Organized, curious, and eager to learn the product deeply

- EdTech or test-prep industry experience
- Sales enablement or demo video experience

You'll have full ownership of how customers learn EdisonOS. Every article you write and every video you record directly reduces support tickets, speeds up onboarding, and helps close deals. Your work will be seen and used every single day.
