Job Description
Create and maintain technical documents, including datasheets, user guides, application notes, and design manuals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity of all documentation.
Establish and follow documentation standards, templates, and best practices for consistency and quality.
Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to gather information and translate it into user-friendly content.
Organize and manage documentation in version-controlled systems and ensure timely updates.
Develop FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials to assist customers and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Familiarity with semiconductor concepts, SoC architectures, and hardware/software integration.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
High level of accuracy and consistency in documentation.
